Shape the most impactful research questions your squads or collective need to answer to move towards customer and company goals.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product team to build a greenfield product from the ground up, turning complex conversational AI workflows into a simple, intuitive first-touch experience.

Solve complex problems through design, leveraging UX research. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to create visually refined experiences aligned with user workflows and goals, conducting research, designing interfaces, and maintaining design quality.

In this role as Senior Product Designer, you will develop innovative design solutions and world-class product experiences that transform how people work around the world. You will drive user experiences from concept to delivery based on in-depth comprehension of user needs and design principles. As part of a cross-functional team, you will champion your design approach, reconcile feedback from stakeholders, and provide input in a collaborative environment.
