As a UI/UX Designer at Techie Talent, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our software solutions, working with a varied technology stack, and ensuring that our products are functional, efficient, reliable, and scalable. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product vision, scope, and user flows from the earliest stages.
Shape the vision/strategy of our UX/UI for our marketplace while mentoring/managing a team of 8+ designers. Create seamlessly designed solutions for our clients and therapists. Lead the design and implementation of a seamless brand experience across the marketplace. Establish strong and effective partnerships with product management, engineering, data science, and user research teams to drive cohesive experiences.
You will be assigned daily to topics directly related to optimizing the booking funnel for hospitality services. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the experience, engagement, and usability. Define and justify a multichannel and intuitive digital experience with our product teams. Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and User Researchers to investigate and clarify user expectations, identifying opportunities to seize.
As part of the Kafka product team within Confluent Cloud, you will work on envisioning and evolving new features and usability improvements to our core Kafka user experience. You’ll join the broader Confluent product design organization, collaborating with about 20 other designers tackling similarly complex and technical problem spaces. Drive product strategy by acting as the voice of the customer.
